SHIFT CEREMONIAL SWEAT LODGE
 November 19th and (normally) every 3rd Saturday of each month 6 p.m. Oct through February and 7 p.m. March through Oct. WE
ARE NO LONGER HOLDING PUBLIC SWEAT LODGES,
BUT ARE OFFERING PRIVATE SWEAT LODGES FOR FRIENDS. IF YOU
CONSIDER YOUR SELF A FRIEND AND WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND, OR WOULD
LIKE INFO ON OTHER LOCAL SWEAT LODGES, PLEASE CONTACT PATRICK
AT 805-469-9847. Bring
two towels and loose fitting cotton clothing (shorts &
t-shirt are ideal) to change into for the sweat lodge. Sandals
are helpful as well. Bring plenty of bottled water. IF YOU
HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS--ESPECIALLY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
OR HEART CONDITIONS--YOU SHOULD CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE
PARTICIPATING IN SWEAT LODGES.
